Circular Scraper Bridges

They are the bridges used in sedimentation chamber of especially municipal type wastewater or potable water treatment plants with high flowrate and they are designed according to the geometry of the pool. Rotating type is selected in circular pools.

Water intake is provided from the center of the pool. Water flow is redirected downwards with the help of deflector cylinder to optimize the sludging. Sludge scraper blades extracts the sedimented sludge and collects in a central trench to be sucked in afterwards.

The scraper bridges we are manufacturing are chosen from hot dipped galvanized black steel for non-wet parts and AISI304 or 316 for wet parts as standard. Whole manufacturing could be made from stainless steel upon request.
