Basket Screen

It is a type of screen designed for pipe inlets, produced in Ptech GmbH premises, and made of rectangular or square cross-section plates or perforated sheets. It is generally a basket-shaped screen model used to prevent pumps from getting damaged by coarse debris, suspended at the pump entrance level with the help of crane at the in lift stations for sewage lines.

These products, commonly used at the entrances of both pumping stations and wastewater treatment plants, are a type of screen preferred for their manual operation and ease of use, suitable for waste retention purposes apart from ready-made pumping stations and treatment plants. Basket screens, available with various options, move along a path with the help of guides and are a type of screen that allows for easy waste discharge.
