PtecHBio package treatment system offered to the market by Ptech Umwelttechnik GmbH is a mobile unit that is produced to service 25 to 10.000 population, generally has a prismatic structure, and embodies all equipments.

PtecHBio package treatment units are manufactured in portable sizes from 5mm thick carbon steel and sanded inner and outer surfaces are covered with two layers of epoxy paint to be protected against corrosion. Having an aesthetic appearance, the package unit is activated by seating on a lean concrete ground. Our company offers 2 years of equipment guarantee for all systems.

Being operation convenience, PtecHBio does not need any employee. Compared to other alternative processes, it is more convenient with low maintenance cost.

Operating process of the PtecHBio is based on activated sludge principle. Due to the process necessity, the system works with 4 period per day at total and each period includes aeration, evacuation and disinfection phases.

With package wastewater treatment units, treated water can be discharged to the gardens, water channels or stream beds easily. Productivity of the unit can be increased by using sand filter, carbon filter or UV in the effluent of the package treatment.

All mobile units are assembled and prepared to be used in 2 days.

How Package Treatment Operates;
- PtecHBio package wastewater treatment units, that is based on batch activated sludge principle called SBR, works fully automatic with operation convenience.
  
  Before entering to the package treatment plant, wastewater coming from a facility is accumulated in a place which is an ferro-concrete structure. A coarse screen or a pre-sedimentation basin can be built to catch the water-soluble pieces. The aim for this basin is to ensure that the wastewater flows into the package treatment plant homogeneously.
  
  The wastewater that is held in the stabilization basin is conveyed to the package treatment tank by the wastewater pumps with splitter blades under the control of PLC.
  
  The aeration operation performed by the blower starts simultaneously with the transfer of wastewater to the tank by the submersible pumps in the equalization tank and the filling process continues until the wastewater reaches a certain level. The aeration feeds oxygen and wastewater for a while so that the bacteria can be saturated with oxygen.
  
  After the aeration, the sedimentation phase starts and the microorganisms in the water settle to the bottom of the tank.
  
  During the discharge phase, the clear water at a certain height from the tank bottom is transferred to the discharge point with the aid of submersible pumps in the tank. In this way, all of the phases continue as if a cycle and the treatment is done with the PtecHBio package treatment units within the regulatory discharge limits.
  
  Package treatment units can be design in circular, prismatic form or as ferro-concrete on demand.
  
  The quality of Package Treatment effluent is standardized to comply with the discharge limits based on the relevant environmental legislation. In addition, if desired, the effluent values can be increased to a better quality effluent values by improving the features of the PtecHBio package treatment units. Package wastewater treatment units aim to achieve high quality of water with low energy consumption. Packaged wastewater treatment units operate PLC supported based on the water density as a design requirement.
  
  Advanced treatment equipments such as sand filter, carbon filter or UV unit can be added to the plant in order to improve water quality at the end of the package treatment.
Wastewater Treatment Methods
- In order to treat the wastewater, many processes based on today`s technology are used and the economically advantageous and high efficiency processes are selected by considering the desired quality of the effluent. Some of these are as follows;
SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactors)
- SBR is the most commonly used treatment systemin Turkey.
CFA (Continuous Flow System)
- CFA is a treatment process that is especially suitable for high flow rates. In this treatment system, there is a continuous water intake to the package treatment unit. Afterwards, the water taken into the package treatment is aerated and finally leaves the package treatment with the sedimentation phase. As long as the wastewater flows in, the treatment operates actively.
