Longitudinal Scraper Bridges

They are the bridges used in sedimentation chamber of especially municipal type wastewater or potable water treatment plants with high flowrate and they are designed according to the geometry of the pool. Longitudinal type is selected in rectangular pools.

Sludge scraper blades scrapes the sedimented sludge in the curved structure of the bottom of the pool and then collects in a ditch after being scraped.

The scraper bridges we are manufacturing are chosen from hot dipped galvanized black steel for non-wet parts and AISI304 or 316 for wet parts as standard. Whole manufacturing could be made from stainless steel upon request.
