Odor Control System

Ptech GmbH`s Standalone Hybrid Systems (Biofilter as its primary treatment and dry filter as final stage) are designed to control hydrogen sulfide (H2S), ammonia and other wastewater odors from at airflow rates between 30 m³/h and 8.500 m³/h. 

 

Activated carbon is used in the polishing stage to trap VOC’s and insoluble organic compounds that get  through the first stage.The Ptech Biofilter System can treat air flows upto 5000 cfm (8500 m3/h), and H2S  concentrations in excess of 100 ppm.

 

The Ptech Biofilter System is fabricated from premium vinyl ester FRP. Each unit is equipped with a variable speed drive for the fan.
