Mechanical Screen

As a pre-treatment equipment, it stands as an effective solution for solid matters in the water that can lead to a misfunctioning of the mechanical equipment such as pumps. These equipments can be designed according to the specific features of the plant. The main criterias for the equipment selection are characteristic of the process and flow rate.

In general, the main parts of the screen are screen bars, screen frame, driving gear, rake system and discharge trough. Mechanism of the driving gear can be single-rake or multi-rake.

The distance between the bars can vary between 10mmm and 90mm. Hot dip galvanized carbon steel or AISI 304-316 stainless steel can be used to manufacture these screens. Bulk materials can be minimized in size by pressing.

Linear Mechanical Screen

This product is widely preferred. Fine or coarse screen can be used as proper to the channel. It usually operates at 75° angular position. It is important to use manual coarse screen with wide spaced bars in terms of the efficiency of the linear mechanical screen. Mounting is done rigidly by our technical staff after the manufacturing. Linear mechanical screens are under guarantee for 2 years.
